How it works

From a complex grant call to a clear next step

1

Tell us about your situation

Your activity, location and plans: hiring, investing, opening, digitising or growing.

2

We filter and explain

We check the source, deadline, eligible costs, requirements and documents before proposing anything.

3

We prepare the application

If you accept, we coordinate the file and leave the application ready for review and signature.

Sources monitored

We monitor grant calls so you do not have to read official bulletins

The goal is not to see more grants. It is to quickly identify the few that make sense for your business.

  • Grant name and official link.
  • Why it may fit your profile.
  • Amount, deadline and difficulty level.
  • Documents you will probably need.

If the fit is too weak, we do not present it as an opportunity.
Where we start

Four moments when a grant can change a decision

We focus on Catalonia and prioritise opportunities with a defensible amount, documentation and timetable.

HiringNew hires, training or better-quality employment.
InvestingEquipment, efficiency, energy, premises or processes.
GrowingStrategy, new markets or international expansion.
InnovatingAI, digitalisation, R&D, intellectual property or sustainability.
We do not force a grant onto ineligible spending. If the opportunity is not defensible, it is rejected before creating work or expectations.

Initial review

Tell us about your business. We will run the first check.

We will use these details to review your location, activity and plans. If we find a clear opportunity, we will explain the fit and the next step.

This form does not submit any grant application. Work starts only after a proposal has been accepted and signed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee that I will receive a grant?

No. No serious provider can guarantee a public grant award. Aptia filters opportunities, checks the fit and prepares a defensible application when it is worth pursuing.

Is Aptia a public authority?

No. We are a private grant monitoring, review and application coordination service. Awards and payments always depend on the public authority running the call.

What do I need to do?

Create your profile, provide accurate information, review the proposal and sign the engagement or authorisation if you decide to proceed. We filter grants, summarise requirements and coordinate the next step.

Who handles the application?

When a grant fits, we connect you with an accountant or specialist team to prepare and submit the file. If the portal requires your direct signature, we leave that step ready for review and signing.

How much does each option cost and what is included?

The initial assessment is free. Aptia Radar costs €7.90 plus VAT per month and includes monitoring, alerts and up to 20 tailored queries. Application support is contracted separately and its terms are agreed in writing before any file is prepared or submitted.

Are my details sent to a public authority when I complete the form?

No. The form is only used to create your profile and assess fit. We do not submit anything or send documents to third parties without an accepted proposal, contract and authorisation.
